How does it work for business owners?
Simply set up an account, click a few buttons, and you're all set to go! You can create and share coupons, post a QR code somewhere, or send the digital deals via mailing list.
How does it work for customers?
Customers don't need to download an app or register for anything. When they open a coupon, it will automatically load for them in web browser. Then, they can choose to save the coupon to their Apple or Google Wallets.
How are coupons redeemed?
They simply present their coupon in-store or online and our in-app scanner handles everything. Their coupon will update in real-time to show that it's been redeemed and punches will be added instantly.
What makes our punch cards unique?
When a punch card is full and the reward is redeemed, the punch card will automatically reset to zero punches. This makes it very simple for the customer. They never need to collect a new punch card or scan any other QR codes again.
What type of security / anti-fraud measures are there?
Our database syncs immediately upon a customer redeeming a coupon and prevents that reward from ever being claimed again under the same coupon. Only a business owner or employee account can add punches to punch cards via the QR scanner, making them even more secure and safe than physical punch cards. You can set up custom permissions for your employees to ensure coupon creation is handled only by you or a select group of employees, while the rest of your employees only have the ability to scan to redeem. The activity log in app will show all recent activity such as coupon creations, saves to wallets, and coupon or punch card reward redemptions.
