Getting Started
How do I create my first coupon?
After signing up, navigate to the "Generate" tab in your dashboard. Click "Create New Coupon" and fill in the details: discount amount, expiration date, terms, and customize the design. Once saved, you'll receive a unique link and QR code to share with customers.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses can create their first promotion in under 30 minutes. The initial account setup takes just a few minutes, and creating your first coupon or punch card typically takes 5-10 minutes.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No! Your customers don't need to download anything. They simply click the link you share and can add the promotion directly to their existing Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app.
Creating & Managing Promotions
Can I edit a coupon after creating it?
Yes! You can edit most details of your coupons and punch cards at any time from the "Coupons" tab. Changes will be reflected for all customers who have already added the promotion to their wallet.
How do I set expiration dates?
When creating a promotion, you can set a specific expiration date or choose to have it never expire. Expired promotions will automatically be marked as invalid in customers' wallets.
Can I create multiple promotions at once?
Yes! You can create as many promotions as you need. Many businesses create seasonal campaigns, weekly specials, or different promotions for different customer segments.
Redemptions & Analytics
How do customers redeem coupons?
Customers can redeem in two ways: by scanning the QR code from their wallet pass, or by entering a redemption code. You can process redemptions directly from the "Redeem" tab in your dashboard.
What analytics are available?
Your dashboard shows real-time statistics including total coupons issued, redemption rates, active campaigns, and customer activity. You can view detailed analytics for each promotion to see which campaigns perform best.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export redemption data and analytics reports from your dashboard for accounting or analysis purposes.

How much does Punchable cost?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period, and you'll retain access to all your data and promotions.
